Providence Health Plan is calling a Manager Medicare Producer who will:

  • Be responsible for the sales growth of the Medicare Advantage producer sales channel in their assigned market(s)
  • Recruit new General Agencies/Producers to sell Medicare Advantage products
  • Develop relationships with assigned General Agencies/Producers to assist them in achieving their sales goals
  • Train and monitor agents
  • Provide needed support in areas such as contracting, certification, marketing and commissions
  • Assist local market management in strategy development.

This role is a position will require for you to travel throughout an assigned territory on a weekly basis. Providence welcomes residents to apply that live within a commutable distance (within 25-30 miles) of our office locations listed below:

  • Washington: Vancouver
  • Oregon: Portland, Beaverton

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education & experience
  • 5+ years experience in medicare health insurance sales
  • Required upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Experience working with Medicare producers
  • Local market experience, including established producer relationships
